Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before placing an order or using the RONA COUTURE website at ronacouture.co (“Site”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About RONA COUTURE
RONA COUTURE is an online-only, Kuwait-based made-to-order couture business. We design and produce made-to-order dresses, gowns, and suits, working with independent tailoring and fabric suppliers. All orders are placed and managed exclusively through our website and direct communication channels.

2. Eligibility
By using this Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Quotes and Order Confirmation
All prices are provided by quote. A binding order is formed only when you receive a written order confirmation from RONA COUTURE.
Before production begins, we will confirm the agreed specifications in writing, including your measurements, design selections, fabric choices, and required event date.
You are responsible for reviewing this confirmation carefully and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate body measurements and sizing information.
- Providing complete and accurate design specifications, including fabric, color, and style details.
- Disclosing your event or required delivery date.
- Notifying us promptly of any changes to the above.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RONA COUTURE is not responsible for errors, delays, or fit issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Changes requested after written confirmation may affect production timelines and may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
5. Production Timeline
Each garment is made to order.
Production takes approximately 7 business days, commencing once the order specifications are confirmed and any required payment is received. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Professional dry cleaning and final preparation take approximately 1 additional business day before dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on garment complexity, material availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you of any material delays.
6. Production Updates and Pre-Shipment Approval
We provide updates during production and will share final garment photographs, videos, or a live demonstration for your review before shipment.
Your written approval is required before we dispatch your order.
Providing approval confirms that you have reviewed the garment based on the information and images provided. Approval does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law regarding defective items, incorrect items, or damage occurring during shipping.
7. Shipping
7.1 Shipping Methods and Estimates
RONA COUTURE currently ships from Kuwait to the United States.
Standard international shipping: Approximately 7–10 calendar days after dispatch, including weekends.
Expedited international shipping: Approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.2 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is included in your confirmed quoted price.
If you request expedited shipping, you are responsible for paying only the additional difference between the standard shipping fee and the expedited shipping fee.
This difference will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before dispatch.
7.3 Import Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and carrier customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
Where applicable, an estimate of these charges will be disclosed or communicated before purchase.
RONA COUTURE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import charges, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your written order confirmation, provided that production has not yet commenced, and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Once production has begun, discretionary cancellation requests may be declined due to the personalized nature of the garment and the materials and labor committed to production.
Any legally required cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Defects
Because each garment is custom-made to your specifications, correctly produced garments that conform to the approved order specifications are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind, personal preference, or a change in event plans.
If your order is defective, incorrectly manufactured, materially different from the confirmed specifications, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and, where reasonably possible, within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order reference, a description of the concern, and photographs or videos where reasonably available.
The 7-day period is a guideline to help us resolve issues efficiently. It is not an absolute deadline and does not affect or remove any rights or remedies you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defects discovered after that period.
RONA COUTURE will review the matter and, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, appropriate remedies may include repair, alteration, replacement at no additional cost, a partial refund agreed with the customer, or a full refund.
You will not be required to accept a remedy that applicable law does not permit us to impose.
10. Payment
We accept payment methods made available through our checkout at the time of your order.
Accepted methods will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.
Payment is required as specified in your quote or order confirmation.
All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your order confirmation.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including photographs, designs, graphics, text, logos, and branding, is the property of RONA COUTURE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Custom designs created for a customer remain the intellectual property of RONA COUTURE unless otherwise agreed in writing, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or our services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of RONA COUTURE or any third party.
- Engage in conduct that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive to the Site or other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
13. Third-Party Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services.
RONA COUTURE does not control third-party content, services, or privacy practices and is not responsible for them except where required by applicable law.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their respective terms and policies.
Our Site is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices govern its own services and processing activities.
14. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes. Because garments are made to order, minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to screen display settings, fabric dye lots, and lighting conditions.
We will endeavor to produce garments that match the agreed specifications.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RONA COUTURE’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, your use of the Site, or your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
- Any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability.
Where applicable mandatory consumer protection laws provide greater rights than those set out in these Terms, those rights are not affected.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RONA COUTURE and its owners from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising directly from your material breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our own acts or omissions.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to the Site for legitimate reasons, including a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
If RONA COUTURE cancels an accepted order after payment has been received, and the cancellation is not due to your breach of these Terms, you will receive the remedies or refunds required by applicable law.
This may include a full refund where production has not commenced or an appropriate remedy where production is underway.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
We encourage you to contact us at ronacouture@hotmail.com to resolve any concern informally in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts of Kuwait.
Where customers have mandatory rights to bring proceedings before courts or dispute resolution bodies in their own jurisdiction, those rights are not excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer protection rights or remedies available under applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Changes will not retroactively alter the agreed terms of an existing order without a lawful basis or the customer’s agreement.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any written specifications or conditions agreed for an individual order, constitute the agreement between you and RONA COUTURE regarding your use of the Site and the applicable order, subject to mandatory legal rights.
